enthusiasts, is filming a 2-hour documentary about “The Greatest Auto
Race on Earth” from NY to
Paris
. 100 years ago 4 teams of men, and machines from
Germany
,
Italy
,
France
and the
United States
- covered 22,000 miles in 169 days.
The
replica of the US winning auto, known as the Thomas Flyer, features
brass headlights and brass gas generator for the documentary film,
courtesy of Veteran Auto Lamps in Manlius, NY. We hope you will

out in early 2008 and “talk it up” to friends and family.
